1 Definitions

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the g111d website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming any bonus or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the g111d Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into this agreement by reference.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on g111d, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of their account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. g111d strictly prohibits the registration or participation of individuals under the age of 21. The platform enforces mandatory age verification at registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age (such as a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate) at any time.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these terms.
• You must hold only one registered account on g111d. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If g111d identifies multiple accounts registered to the same individual (identified by name, address, device fingerprint, payment method, IP address, or any other identifying factor), all duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated bonus balances will be forfeited.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of g111d, or a close family member of any such person, unless you have received explicit written authorisation from g111d's compliance team.
• You must not be accessing g111d from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.

g111d reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such decision, subject to the return of any verified real money balance held in the account at the time of closure.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your g111d account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All transactions initiated through your account — including deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and bonus claims — will be treated as having been authorised by you. g111d accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

• You must notify g111d's support team immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, via WhatsApp or live chat (available 24/7, BST).
• g111d will never contact you requesting your password. Any communication purporting to be from g111d that requests your account password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.
• g111d uses 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire platform to protect data transmitted between your device and g111d's servers. However, you are responsible for the security of the device and network you use to access the platform.
• g111d reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account where unusual login or transaction activity is detected, pending identity verification. This suspension is a protective measure and does not constitute a breach of these terms by g111d.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits. g111d accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and other payment methods as published on the deposits page from time to time. The minimum single deposit is ৳200. g111d does not charge platform fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which g111d accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your g111d Balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation of receipt. g111d is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's processing infrastructure.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing limits are published on the withdrawals page and may be updated from time to time.

• Standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad process in under five minutes on average, subject to payment provider availability.
• g111d reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including a copy of a valid National ID card, proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within 72 hours may result in the withdrawal request being declined and the funds returned to the player's Balance.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the g111d account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5.3 Currency. All balances, deposits, and withdrawals on g111d are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). g111d does not currently support multi-currency accounts. All game wagers, odds settlements, and promotional values are expressed in BDT.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

g111d offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins equivalents, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only. g111d reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on account status, location, or history.
• Each promotion will specify an applicable wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover requirement") that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted).
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only wagers placed on eligible games count toward the wagering requirement. 7 Gameplay Rules

8 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on g111d:

• If a sporting event is abandoned before reaching its natural conclusion, all bets will be settled as void and the staked amount returned to the Player's Balance, unless a sufficient portion of the event has been completed to allow for valid settlement under the specific market rules published for that sport.
• In-play betting odds are updated in real time. g111d accepts no responsibility for bets placed based on odds that were displayed during a technical latency period. Where g111d identifies a manifest error in published odds — defined as an odds price so significantly different from the true market price that a reasonable person would recognise it as an error — g111d reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amount to the Player's Balance.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the g111d platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Balance, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register multiple accounts, for the purpose of exploiting bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the g111d platform in a manner not sanctioned by g111d.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer games where player decisions may influence third-party outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any game or component of the g111d platform.
• Using the g111d platform for money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal purpose.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward g111d support staff or other platform users.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated from a known or exploited technical error will be voided and the staked amounts returned.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the g111d platform — including but not limited to the g111d brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the property of g111d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants any Player a licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any g111d intellectual property without prior written consent.

Game content is owned by the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and is displayed on the g111d platform under licence. g111d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from:

• Platform downtime, maintenance periods, or technical failures beyond g111d's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

13 Account Termination

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time. Players may close their account by submitting a written closure request to the g111d support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within five business days, subject to completion of KYC verification if not previously completed.

g111d may suspend or permanently close a Player's account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including prohibited conduct listed in Section 9.
• Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Reasonable belief that the Player is located in a Prohibited Territory.
• A Player's voluntary self-exclusion request submitted via the account dashboard or support team.

Upon account suspension or termination for breach of these terms, g111d reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Balance and review all withdrawals made in the period preceding the suspension. Verified real money Balance, net of any amounts attributable to fraudulent activity, will be returned to the Player following the conclusion of any investigation.

14 Amendments to These Terms

g111d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English and the English-language version is the authoritative version for all legal purposes. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the g111d platform, the parties will first seek to resolve the matter amicably through the g111d dispute resolution process, initiated by contacting the support team at [email protected].

g111d makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside those where the service is intended to operate. Players are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with local laws. The terms "safe and reliable platform", "SSL encryption", and "fair play certified" used on the g111d website are descriptive of operational standards and do not constitute claims of regulatory approval by any specific government body.
